Delivery Information

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1- 2 working days of cleared payment. However during busy periods such as Halloween and Christmas, dispatch times may be longer. If you require your order in a hurry please call us to find out current dispatch times. An email will be sent to you to confirm dispatch. We use many couriers to deliver orders such as APC, UPS, TNT, FedEx and Royal Mail. The timing of delivery is not in our control once they have it. Delivery is normally made swiftly but delays do happen, so it is always advisable to order in good time if your order is for a special occasion. If you are not in then a card will be left and the parcel can be collected from your local collection office or call the number on the card to arrange for your parcel to be redelivered

If your parcel is not collected/delivered then the order will be returned to us. We can arrange for it to be redelivered but you will be charged for the cost of re-posting. If any ordered items are temporarily out of stock and a delay is expected you will be advised and offered the alternative product or a refund if you would prefer not to wait. International buyers can expect extended delivery times subject to location and postal service selected.

 

Understanding our postal charges

UK mainland customers enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above £150GBP (Ex VAT). For orders under £150 there will be a charge of £8.95. Delivery to Highlands and Islands will incur a £10 surcharge. Delivery is normally made the next working day ( Mon-Fri). We do offer a Saturday delivery on request, please contact us as soon as the order has been placed to pay the Saturday delivery surcharge if this is needed.

The website, by default, is set to charge the postal charges listed above. We reserve the right to make reasonable charges for postage and packing of large, heavy, bulk order consignments.

 

International customers should consider the following:

EU Customers

If your order value is between £50GBP to £150, the delivery charge at checkout will be £20.

If your order value is above £150 the delivery charge at checkout will be £25.

Rest Of World Customers

If your order value is between £50GBP to £150, the delivery charge at checkout will be £35.

If your order value is above £150 the delivery charge at checkout will be £40.

With all orders varying in size and weight, it is difficult to have a set price for delivery when sending orders outside of the UK. We have a set rate for orders sent to Europe and the Rest of the World, but please note that there may be additional shipping costs to the set price stated during checkout. If you are unsure if there will be an additional price to pay for your order to be shipped, then please contact us before payment is made so we can provide you with a quote. If an additional payment is needed then we will contact you once the order has been packed with shipping quotes from different couriers for you to choose from. We will then send you an invoice via PayPal.

You will be liable for any charges incurred from customs such as duty and tax.

 

  • Priority or next day service is expensive
  • Standard First Class post only provides compensation up to £32.00.
  • First Class Recorded Delivery only provides compensation up to £32.00.
  • First Class Recorded Delivery is not a tracked method of postage, its only proof of delivery.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery is tracked and items can be insured up to £2,500.00.

International customers should consider the following:

  • Ensure your address, postal/zip code and contact details are correct.
  • Expect your order. We will notify you via e-mail once your item is dispatched. Someone will need to sign for the parcel. If no one is in to sign for the parcel it will be returned to the parcel company, a card may be left if that is the procedure in your country. In this instance it is the customer’s responsibility to collect from the parcel office or arrange redelivery. If you do not do this the parcel will be returned to us and you will have to pay the postage cost again for it to be redelivered.
  • Has your parcel company tried to deliver? Items returned marked ‘uncollected' will incur additional postal charges. You will have to pay for the item to be sent again! All shortages or errors must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
